    The NE1020 is the cap for groups who want a fitted look without a snap or strap in the back. The two front panels are cotton twill, which gives embroidery a firm, smooth base, and the mid and back panels are spacer mesh that lets heat out on long days outside. It is structured with a mid profile, so it holds its shape.

    Because it is a stretch fit, it comes in sizes instead of one size. Collect sizes the way you would for shirts and nobody ends up with a cap that sits too high or too tight.

    Print tips: embroidery on the cotton front is the standard choice and stays crisp at small sizes. Keep text taller than about 0.25 in. Embroidered patches work well for detailed logos. Avoid putting stitching on the mesh panels.

    FAQ

    Is the NE1020 adjustable? No. It is a stretch-fit cap sold in sizes, so ask each person for their size before you order.

    Where does my logo go? Centered on the cotton front panels, just above the brim, where caps are normally embroidered.

    Is it good for hot weather? Yes. The spacer mesh in the mid and back panels lets air move through the cap.
